Hi! My name is Michelle Hines-Tomlinson.  I am so lucky to call the beautiful, Green Mountain State of Vermont, my home.  My husband and I have lived here for the last 15 years and together, have built businesses, climbed corporate ladders, and welcomed three baby bundts of our own into the world.  Our lives are crazy, chaotic, and super busy. I wouldn't have it any other way.  Our children Avery, Riley, and Emme have been our true loves and the solid foundation of how we work and play each and every day.

I've been a certified pastry chef for the last 20 years and through my journey have discovered the world of gluten-free baking. What  sparked this?  My oldest daughter had an extreme eczema flair up.  We found out that it was due to excessive gluten.  It was then, we decided to pursue a gluten free diet and just see what would happen... I can happily announce that it was two years till she had an episode again.  During this time, we began to understand what gluten does to our bodies and how we can scale it back or even delete it from our diets.  This all started as a scientific experiment and has become a love for ancients grains, nut flours, and delicious combinations, resulting in the most delectable, gluten-free creations.  This journey has shown me the importance of understanding the gluten-free lifestyle, whether that lifestyle is by medical necessity or by choice.  I know my customers can feel confident that whatever the reason they choose Baby Bundts, we are certified GF – taking the worry away.  The love for my family combined with passion for helping others will keep you coming back for more.  Now, you can have your cake and eat it, too!
